Frequently Asked Questions
While your insurance company does have a right to inspect your vehicle, it is not required to do so. If your insurer chooses to perform an inspection, it cannot require you to drive your vehicle to one of its “drive-in” claims center or other similar facility solely under control of the insurance company.
The repair shop cannot change the cost of repairs to help you pay your deductible. Misrepresentation of these facts would constitute fraud.
The deductible is the amount you must pay toward a claim before your insurance begins to pay. For example, if you have a $1,500 claim and your policy has a $500 deductible, you will pay the $500 and your insurance will pay $1,000. If you have any questions please contact your insurance agent and they can help you.
The deductible is paid to Proline Body & Chassis in the form of cash, certified check or credit card when the vehicle is picked up. The deductible must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.
Our highly skilled and trained technicians, along with the help of our specialized paint matching computers, will match your painted repairs to the original color of the rest of your vehicle. We strive for perfect repairs.
